The administrative assistant for the funeral home, Jo-Anne is Doug's wife. She is an Uxbridge native and a graduate of Worcester State College. She was the assistant to the archivist at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester prior to retiring.

Abbie is a third-generation funeral director and embalmer. The daughter of Joe and Jeanne Jackman, Abbie is an Uxbridge native, a graduate of Holy Name High School, Salve Regina University and the Funeral Institute of New England. Abbie and her family reside in Northbridge.
